Hospital-backbone training
You learn where the work is real
Clinical training runs at our parent hospital, Kongunad Hospital (KnH) — a working platform with a cardiac cath lab and an NABL-accredited laboratory (restricted scope). supervised clinical postings begin in the second year.
- 70 ICU beds · six specialty units
- 14 operation theatres
- 15 dialysis stations (~40 sessions/day)
- 64 slice CT scanner
- 1.5T MRI
- 1,100+ imaging studies a week
Laboratory throughput averages ~9,900 investigations a week (about 1,550 on a working day). Figures from the hospital’s HMIS weekly-average table.
